1. Please recommend me a virtual stock market game.

Can you recommend a virtual stock market game for a beginner? If possible, can you recommend both online and offline ones? (Lots of times I'm not connected to the internet). I would like to use this as a learning tool.

I'd greatly appreciate it if you mention why you recommend a particular game. What's good about it?

2. Resources for learning about investing?

Can you please direct me to resources for learning about investing? Books, magazines, websites, blogs....

As a follow-up, what do you think is the best way for a person without a clue to learn about investing?

By the way, I am from Southeast asia and a lot of material related to finance that I find are US-based. While I learn a lot from them, I do not know to what extent they are applicable to my situation. If you have any suggestions/insights on international investment, please share!
